Three Uncles has been named among London's best Chinese restaurants by Condé Nast Traveller, one of the world's leading travel publications.
The feature highlights some of the capital's best places to enjoy Chinese food, from long-established institutions to modern favourites. To be recognised alongside them is something we're incredibly proud of.
Why This Recognition Matters
When we opened Three Uncles, we wanted to offer a better quick service dining experience without compromising on authenticity.
We use the best ingredients we can, including the famous Silver Hill duck from Ireland. Everything is made from scratch in-house, from our roast meats to our dim sum.
We don't cut corners and still follow the traditional Cantonese process of marinating, fan drying overnight, roasting, resting and serving to order.

Keeping a Traditional Craft Alive
We believe Cantonese roast meats deserve far more recognition. The craft can sometimes sometimes be undervalued as people don't always see the skill behind them. From selecting the ingredients to marinating, fan drying overnight, roasting and chopping to order, every step takes time, patience and experience.
These traditional techniques have been passed down through generations and we're proud to continue using them every day.
